Manuel did an excellent job on my roof repair. He was out the same day, inspecting, measuring and taking pictures. He fixed it the following day. He has excellent communication, speaks perfect English, and is a very nice guy. I highly recommend him and Kahlo Construction!

My search was for a roofer who could handle both shingle and flat roofing, as well as structure repairs to the flat roof. Kahlo Construction, with its shingle and flat roofing expertise, provided a comprehensive solution for what I was looking for. After a thorough initial discussion with Dulce, she provided a detailed proposal (complete with a diagram solution) for the repairs, leaving no room for uncertainty. Her team came onsite and exposed the repair area before we had agreed, which allowed for a complete final quote. Kahlo coordinated all professional contractors for the different phases of the work. They leave the job site clean at the end of each day. As I requested, Dulce responded to all questions, large or small, via text. I recommend Kahlo for roofing a straightforward shingle roof or tackling more complex roofing challenges.

We hired Dulce and her team to help with a major porch issue. We had been turned away by other contractors, but Kahlo Construction was able to get in there and get it fixed in just a couple of days. We are beyond happy with the results and have already hired them for future projects. Communication was great and results were beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!

i hired Kahlo to repair half my roof due to a roof leak which also damaged a bathroom wall. Insurance covered half and i had to pay the other half. Kahlo made the repairs and said i had a multi year warranty on the workmanship. one year later i had another roof leak which caused more damage to the inside ceiling. I called out Kahlo and they inspected my roof and found a flashing that they said was not installed correctly right above the leak. They told me the warranty would cover the leak and possibly the damage to the ceiling. Well they ghosted me after this inspection and have not returned any of my phone calls or offered to honor the warranty in anyway. i would not trust them to do any work or to honor their warranty at all.

Hired them to add a new concrete slab, fill in broken porch brick from foundation work, and paint the porch. They did an excellent job, were very professional with good workmanship, and competitively priced. Would recommend!
